Santa
Lucia is in Umbria and the property consists of a two level house
on 100 hectares of fenced land where deer are raised on part of the
estate's 300 total hectares. The property overlooks the Chiascio river
valley and is set amongst gentle rolling hills. The house has two
double bedrooms (the master bedroom with seating area and fireplace),
one twin bedded room, and one single bedroom. Two bathrooms (one with
Jacuzzi), a very large living area with fireplace and a wood-burning
oven, an open air well-equipped kitchen, and a big-screen tv, vcr
and hifi stereo system comprise the rest of the property. If needed,
there is also a library room that can be converted in to a twin bedded
room. The house also has an indoor pool (heated on request) and the
garden is equipped with two shaded outdoor eating areas, plenty of
deck chairs, and a barbecue.
