L'Olivella is a small farmhouse set in quiet
position, surrounded by trees. The location is very convenient, only
12 kms from the long, sandy beaches of Versilia, with their many
facilities, and also famous for night life and good restaurants. It
is also only 8 kms from the nearest motorway exit, making it a good
base for exploring Tuscany. The medieval town of Lucca is only 15
kms away and Florence is reachable in approximately an hours drive.
The accommodation is very comfortable with each bedroom having its
own bathroom. A particularly nice feature of the house is the front
patio, covered by a wisteria-clad pergola, and furnished for dining
outdoors. A swimming pool (11X4,5) has been installed in a sunny
position at the side of the house. The resident guardians live in a
separate part of the property, with their own entrance.
