Created
from an old hayloft, this is a unique and comfortable residence recently
restored in great taste. The hayloft sits between the roofs of a little
hamlet and an ancient olive grove. The house has three bedrooms, each
with an en-suite bathroom, a well planned kitchen and a large living
room suitable also for dining. Every room has air-conditioning and
a telephone. The house is also provided with satellite TV, DVD and
a hi-fi system. The large living/dining area of the house opens onto
the lovely garden where, among the olive trees, there is a swimming
pool with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. There is a tennis
court on the estate for use by clients. The maid who takes care of
the villa is also an excellent cook and, on request, she is available
to prepare local dishes. The Fattoria Mansi Bernardini office on the
estate, with an English speaking staff, is at clients' disposal to
provide assistance.
