Reached by a steep road, the property has been divided into three residences, sharing a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool on its own protected terrace. Only 40 minutes from the the Pisa Airport and only 20 minutes from the Versilian Coast, this property has been carefully restored by a British architect. It has modern furniture, and is very comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are spacious with original terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. A special architectural feature of the house is a stunning three story lightweight steel and stone staircase suspended from the roof, around which the rooms are arranged. Just outside the house, there is a lovely large terrace with a pergola, furnished for outdoor meals. The terrace also has a built-in barbeque.
