Entry is down a private road and the property comprises three residences, sharing a 6x12 meter swimming pool and 10 acres of gardens, olive groves and fruit trees. The house has a mix of antique and modern furniture, and is very comfortable and well equipped, with all bedrooms having their own bathroom, all newly renovated. Three of the bedrooms have new beds and can be either double or single, providing comfort and flexibility. All rooms have pull-down mosquito shades. A special architectural feature of the house is a stunning 3 storey lightweight steel and stone staircase which provides a light and cool central core around which the rooms are arranged. Just outside the house, there is a lovely, secluded terrace with a pergola, furnished for outdoor meals and canvas umbrella with sun loungers. The terrace also has a built-in barbeque.
