Compignano Barn - Tuscany Lucca

Compignano is situated on the same ancient six acre farm terraced with olives, figs and fruit trees as Compignano East. The farm, in the foothills of the Apuan Alps is within the woodlands of a national park and from there the views extend as far as the the sea to the west. Once a real agricultural barn, this very cozy farmhouse is placed in a dominant position, 20 meters from the large farmhouse, closer to the shared pool, but with its own separate part of the garden. The first floor consists of one single, spacious room with both cooking and living area, where a group may prepare and have their meal together. The area opens onto a furnished terrace offering the guests the opportunity for unforgettable outdoor eating. From the bedrooms it is possible to access a very lovely covered veranda, from which there are wonderful views of the surrounding hills.
