This very pretty stone-built farmhouse dates back to the 17th Century. It is situated in the Luccan hills near Segromigno Monte, in a peaceful position, with beautiful views. The functional interiors are provided with modern facilities such as satellite tv, DSL, a safe, mosquito nets and stereo; air conditioning is available in the bedrooms at extra cost. The house has a lovely established garden with a lawned area to the front with trees and geraniums in attractive Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden - and beyond, olive trees and vineyards. At the bottom of the garden in a setting amongst the olive groves, is a swimming pool (12x6) with diving board and outside shower. There is a sunny terrace at the front of the house and a shaded verandah around the side. This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the shops in Segromigno Monte. The house is particularly suitable for one- family. It is possible to book organized excursions to major sites of interest and wine tours upon request. The helpful owners are available for any problems.
