Luccan hills near Segromigno Monte, in a peaceful position, with beautiful views.

satellite tv, DSL, a safe, mosquito nets and stereo; air conditioning is
available in the bedrooms at extra cost. The
house has a lovely established garden with a lawned area to the front with trees and
geraniums in attractive Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a
vegetable garden - and beyond, olive trees and vineyards. At the bottom of the garden in a
setting amongst the olive groves, is a swimming pool (12x6) with diving board and outside
shower. There is a sunny terrace at the front of the house and a shaded verandah around
the side. This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the shops in
Segromigno Monte. The house is particularly suitable for one family. It is
possible to book organized excursions to major sites of interest and
