This small villa, dating from the end of 19th Century, is located in a quiet position enjoying beautiful views of the countryside south-east of Lucca.
A panoramic terrace in front of the house was planned to be an outdoor
living area during the day and an inviting spot for al fresco eating in
the evening. The structure of the house develops on three floors,
allowing two families to holiday together while retaining their separate
spaces. The area is very convenient for visiting the main Tuscan towns. It is 15 kms from the centre of Lucca and, as it is only 6 kms from the nearest motorway exit, it is possible to reach Florence in 50 minutes and both Pisa and the beaches in approximately half an hour.
It has recently been totally restored and furnished, and a swimming pool has been installed in the most panoramic position in the garden. Close by is the house where the owner lives with his family. He is a very helpful person and, when in residence, will not interfere
at all with clients' privacy, yet at the same time he will do his best to help them with any requirements. Clients share the same entrance gate and parking area with the owner, but have a totally private garden.
