for children, and there is also a children's play area. To one side of the house is a
covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, and with a built-in barbecue close by. The
property is an ideal holiday base for a small family wanting a holiday in complete peace
and privacy. A PC card is at clients' disposal to connect their laptops. La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently
located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in
approximately half an hour's drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away.
