This
elegant, formal villa is located on the edge of the small, medieval
village of Crespina in a beautiful country area of the Pisa region.
Its position makes it ideal for day trips to the mast famous Tuscan
towns such as Florence, Siena and Lucca; the international airport of
Pisa is only 30 minutes away. The original structure of the villa
has been preserved and the interiors have been furnished with the
owners' family pieces, including some antiques. The rooms are very
spacious and airy, especially the large and comfortable living room.
All the bedrooms, with the exception of the children's room, have a
private en-suite bathroom. A large, well kept park surrounds the
property, from which it is possible to admire wonderful views over the
surrounding valleys. The furnished veranda on the back of the
villa offers a very lovely spot for al fresco dining. The
beautiful 14x6 meters swimming pool has been installed in the most
panoramic part of the estate, overlooking the surrounding green hills.
Along with the peaceful ambience you can appreciate while staying at
Guardavalle, the village of Crespina is within walking distance.
