Il
Colle di Sotto is a beautifully renovated barn surrounded by olive
and cypress trees outside of Florence. It sits on top of a hill
above the Arno Valley and offers spectacular views of the Tuscan
countryside. Il Colle di Sotto sleeps four people in two double
bedrooms with antique iron beds. An open-plan living room includes a
fireplace, TV, Internet connection and other amenities. The barn has
been restored to maintain the character of the building and
decorated with precious details such as ceramics from Montelupo
Fiorentino, the nearby town and ceramics capital of Tuscany. A
swimming pool, with Jacuzzi, is nestled beside an olive grove,
furnished with sun beds, reclining armchairs, table and chairs and
surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the rolling
wooded hills beyond. A spacious veranda joins the house with chairs
and a table where meals can be enjoyed.
