Notes to the prices:
All prices are subject to reconfirmation at
the time of booking; there will be no surcharges on these prices
once confirmed.
The prices refer to one week rentals. On
some of the
properties, especially the large villas, the minimum letting period is
2 weeks.
Prices include electricity, gas, linens (changed weekly),
and final cleaning.
Clients must provide their own pool towels in most of our
properties; please check with us if the property you have chosen
supplies them.
Heating costs are not included in the price. Please note that
heating in Italy is more expensive compared to other countries. If
you are looking for a property in the winter time, ask for an estimate of the
heating cost. See point 17 in the
booking conditions for more details.
Swimming pools are not open all year. If your rental period
is outside the period of May 30 - Oct 3 please check with us if the
pool can be opened.
Many of our properties have an internet connection but unfortunately lack of
this service may occur. We therefore strongly suggest that those who need
access to their emails, should bring their own BlackBerry, or similar portable
device. See point 19 in the
booking conditions
for more details.
Your party must be covered by comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage
against trip cancellation. Please ask us for more details.
All rentals commence on a Saturday (between 4pm and 7pm).
Should you foresee your arrival to be later than the expected time,
please see point 8 in the booking conditions.
