Notes to the prices:
All prices are subject to reconfirmation at
the time of booking; there will be no surcharges on these prices
once confirmed.
The prices refer to one week
rentals. All rentals begin and end on Saturday.
Prices include electricity, gas, linens (changed weekly),
and final cleaning.
Clients must provide their own pool towels in most of our
properties; please check with us if the property you have chosen
supplies them.
Heating costs are not included in the price, and must be paid directly to the
owner or his/her representative prior to departure. Please note that
heating in Italy is more expensive compared to other countries. If
you are looking for a property in the winter time, ask for an estimate of the
heating cost. See item 17 in the
booking conditions for more details.
Swimming pools are not open all year. If your rental period
is outside the period of May 29 - Oct 2 please check with us if the
pool can be opened. Please note that the majority of our swimming pools
are not fenced, all are unattended, and their use is at your own risk.
Many of our properties have an internet connection but unfortunately lack of
this service may occur. We therefore strongly suggest that those who need
access to their emails, should bring their own BlackBerry, or similar portable
device. See item 19 in the
booking conditions
for more details.
Your party must be covered by comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage
against trip cancellation. The appropriate coverage should be purchased at
the time of booking. Please contact your travel agent, travel consultant
or insurance broker about this. We reserve the right to refuse to accept
bookings from clients who are not adequately insured against holiday risks.
All rentals commence on a Saturday (between 4pm and 7pm).
Should you foresee your arrival to be later than the expected time,
please see point 8 in the booking conditions.
It is not possible to arrive after 10pm, departure time is on Saturday before
10am.
Please make sure to read all of our booking conditions carefully.
