We are a family owned and run business that has specialized in Italian villas and farmhouses for over 25 years. A father and daughter-in-law team, we visit Italy regularly and carefully select the properties we offer. Our experience and personal knowledge of these properties allow us to give you detailed information and assistance in selecting just the place to suit your needs and preferences.

Thus, with pleasure we present to you the offerings on this site. Please look them over and call, fax or e-mail us with any questions. We can provide more photos and information about the properties, as well as check availability.

Here is the normal booking procedure:

After you select one or more properties and your Saturday-to-Saturday dates, check availability.
If the property is available you can reserve it by sending a completed booking form and a deposit of 30% of the total rent to ITALIAN RENTALS, LLC.
Two months before your arrival date, the remaining rent is due.
After payment in full, we send you directions to the property and finalize any special requests such as cooking or driving services.

You are, no doubt, already reading on Italian culture and history. My personal favorites are: The Hilltowns of Italy, Kaufman and Field; The Etruscans, D.H. Lawrence; A Soldier In the Great War, Helprin; War in the Apennines, Newby; Under the Tuscan Sun, Mayes.
