olive groves from a farmhouse or villa is a beautiful way to begin and end a day.
We are a family owned and run business that has
specialized in Italian villas and farmhouses for over 25 years. A
father and daughter-in-law team, we visit Italy regularly, we

Here is the normal booking procedure:
- After you select one or more properties and your
Saturday-to-Saturday dates, check
availability.
- If the property is available you can reserve
it by sending a completed booking form and a deposit of 30% of the
total rent to ITALIAN RENTALS, LLC.
- Two months before your arrival date, the remaining rent
is due.
- After payment in full, we send you directions to the
property and finalize any special requests such as cooking or
driving services.
You are, no doubt, already reading on Italian culture and
